What I did to correct this image was I first cropped it so there wasn't anyone in the background, then I straightened the horizon. After that I went to the Hue/Saturation tool and saturated the photo. I then had to go back and put a mask type thing of the little girl in the photo, so that she wasn't as saturated because it made the photo look like it was edited too much and it looked unrealistic.
What I did to remove her blemishes was I first went to the photo shop program. Then I made a layer and went to the spot healing tool, checked the Sample all layers box. To finish removing her blemishes I clicked on all the spots I felt needed to be removed and removed them. Then I saved it as JPEG so I was able to post it.
